How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary free shipping on orders of $40 and up shipping within the United States. Orders under $40 are charged a flat rate of $5. Shipping charges for orders shipping outside the United States will be given at checkout. A more detailed shipping policy can be found below.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Orders placed over the weekend or a national holiday will be processed the following business day.

Where does my order ship from?

All packages ship directly from our HQ in sunny Southern California.

How do I contact you?

Does your jewelry come gift wrapped?

All jewelry is packaged in a HONEYCAT foil embossed jewelry box – which makes each piece gift giving ready. All orders are packed with a packing slip which does not display prices. Go here to explore more gift options and add-ons.

Where is your jewelry manufactured?

We design right out of our HQ in Orange County, California. We primarily import our jewelry from China and South Korea, with a small selection made in USA.

What’s your return policy?

A little secret we’ll keep between us: our jewelry looks way more than it costs. We’re so confident you’ll agree, we offer a hassle free return policy. You can start a return or an exchange here. We do not offer free shipping for returns. We offer complimentary shipping for exchanges within the United States.
 
Please get a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost/misrounted returns. All returns must be packaged in their original mailing package, jewelry box, and in their original, unworn condition. Returns not in this condition are subject to a 5% re-stocking fee. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original order date. A refund of your original payment method will be issued upon receipt of your returned merchandise. Custom and final sale items cannot be returned/exchanged.

All payments are security processed through Shopify. We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING INFO

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $40 within the United States via USPS First Class Mail. Orders under $40 are charged a flat $5 shipping fee. Packages shipped via USPS First Class Mail generally arrive within 3-5 business days.

DOMESTIC EXPEDITED SHIPPING INFO

We offer 1-2 day expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail for an additional charge. Expedited shipping options and their respective prices will be given at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO

Please allow additional time for your package to be processed in customs. Recipients are responsible for paying for import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees given by the destination country.

BASIC SHIPPING INFO

You'll be given standard and expedited USPS shipping options at checkout.

Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped out Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or a national holiday will be processed the following business day.
