Q: Does your jewelry come packaged with boxes?
A: No, but you have the option to add on a couple different jewelry box styles when you shop directly with us.
Q: What’s your return policy?
All sales are final unless defective. All defective merchandise must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be returned with all original product packaging. A 15% re-stocking fee will be added to all approved returns. Shipping and handling are non refundable (this includes but is not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages).

Q: Can I re-package HONEYCAT Jewelry to my private label?
A: You can definitely re-package the jewelry, but we have many reasons why it’s beneficial not to. Please know we try our best to design the packaging to be intentional and thoughtful for our wholesale customers: as cute and sellable as possible! For example we include a care card specifically for our jewelry... To ensure your customers are aware of the plating and special care instructions, we advise giving them the enclosed care card if you are not providing your own. We found that this really cuts down on returns and complaints on mishandled jewelry that gets damaged on their end. Another thing we ask is that you don't claim to be the designer of the pieces, as it's our livelihood to diligently design every jewelry piece.
