Our jewelry is made to last, but nothing’s invincible (and brands that say otherwise… questionable). Made with hypoallergenic materials for everyday wear, your Honeycat pieces will stay their best if kept away from water, lotions, and harsh products, and stored somewhere cool and dry. A quick wipe with a soft cloth keeps them shining.

Your natural body chemistry matters too. Your skin’s pH level (aka how acidic it is) can impact how your jewelry wears. If you’re more on the acidic side, metals may tarnish or fade faster, so in that case - solid gold will tend to hold up better than plated.

18 karat gold, in our opinion, is by far the prettiest shade of gold. Not too yellow, not too subdued. Plated over brass, you get the luxury shine with the fashion jewelry price tag.

We plate our silver colored necklaces and earrings in rhodium due to it's vibrant color and durability. Rhodium is one of two of the only metals more precious than gold due to its rarity; we counteract the price by plating the rhodium over brass.

Our PURE Collection is made of solid 14k gold and 14k rose gold. We chose 14k because of it's strength, brilliant color, and kind sensitivity to all skin types.

Because solid gold doesn't tarnish, you can wear these all day - so feel free to sweat, sleep, and shower in them.
