Although our fashion jewelry is durable, it's not invincible (note: it's sus if a brand tells you otherwise). Be mindful when wearing your jewelry around harsh lotions, cleaning agents, beauty products and water, and store it in a cool, dry place to discourage fading and tarnishing (pro-tip: this is how you should care for all your fashion jewelry).
We recommend taking your body's natural chemistry into account with regards to your personal pH level (your acidity/alkalinity) and the jewelry's metal composition into consideration when buying jewelry. High acidity levels can lead to metals greening, fading, or tarnishing quickly. 👎 Therefore, solid gold (versus gold plated) is generally a better material for those with higher acidity levels. 👍
A little secret we’ll keep between us: our jewelry looks way more than it costs. We’re so confident you’ll agree, we offer a hassle free return policy. All returns must be packaged in their original packaging and in their original, unworn condition. Returns not in this condition are subject to a 5% re-stocking fee. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original order date. A refund of your original payment method will be issued upon receipt of your returned merchandise. Custom and final sale items cannot be returned/exchanged.
For all United States based returns: Go here to start a return and receive a return label. Please note all returns will have a $6 shipping label fee deducted from your refund. Our return service helps us track your return and delivery progress along with you.
For all returns outside of the United States: Please email us at hello@honeycat.us for return instructions. Please note we do not offer international returns labels at this time.
All jewelry is packaged in a Honeycat embossed envelope box or padded pouch – which makes each piece gift giving ready. All orders are packed with a packing slip which doesn't display prices.

All payments are security processed through Shopify. We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
We design right out of our headquarters in Orange County, California. We primarily manufacture our jewelry in China and South Korea, with a small selection crafted in the United States.
Basic Shipping Info
You'll be given both standard and expedited USPS and UPS shipping options at checkout. You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days and shipped out Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or a national holiday will be processed the following business day. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we'll do our best to accomodate!
We offer free shipping on all orders over $40 within the United States via USPS First Class Mail. Orders under $40 are charged a flat $5 shipping fee. Packages shipped via USPS First Class Mail generally arrive within 3-5 business days.
For orders within the United States, we offer expedited shipping options via USPS Priority Mail or UPS for an additional charge. Expedited shipping options and their respective prices will be given at checkout.
Orders shipping outside of the United States will be given USPS and UPS shipping rates at checkout. Please allow additional time for your package to be processed in customs. Recipients are responsible for paying for import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees given by the destination country.
We offer complimentary free shipping within the United States on orders $40 and up. Orders under $40 are charged a flat rate of $5. Shipping options for orders shipping outside the United States will be given at checkout, but these options generally start out between $15 - $20.
All packages ship directly from our headquarters in sunny Southern California.
