Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon transfer to the shipping carrier.

The parties agree to participate in good-faith informal resolution efforts for at least sixty (60) days before initiating arbitration or court proceedings.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to:

• these Terms;

• website use;

• purchases;

• advertising;

• privacy practices;

• cookies or tracking technologies;

• communications;

• third-party service providers acting on Honeycat’s behalf;

shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration and not in court, except for matters eligible for small claims court.

You and Honeycat agree that disputes may only be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. MESSAGING TERMS

By opting in to receive SMS or mobile communications from Honeycat, you agree to our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy.
