Exchanges

A little secret we’ll keep between us: our jewelry looks way more than it costs. We’re so confident you’ll agree, we offer a hassle free return policy. Customized items, gift cards, blind bags, and final sale items cannot be returned/exchanged. A refund of your original payment method will be issued upon receipt of your returned merchandise.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns must be packaged in their original mailing package, jewelry box, and in their original, unworn condition. All returns must be packaged in their original packaging and in their original, unworn condition. Returns not in this condition are subject to a 5% re-stocking fee.  

For all United States based returns: Go here to start a return and receive a return label. Please note all returns will have a $8 shipping label fee deducted from your refund. Our return service helps us track your return and delivery progress along with you.

For all returns outside of the United States: Please email us at hello@honeycat.us for return instructions. Please note we do not offer international returns labels at this time.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Customized items, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned/exchanged. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
