• We’ll refresh your piece and ship it back to you within 10 business days.
• We'll email you a pre-paid return label within 2 business days.

• When sending your piece back, please include your order number and a brief note outlining the changes you’d like made.
• This listing includes shipping both ways and the labor for updating your piece.

Shipping

We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all U.S. orders of $40 or more.

At checkout, you’ll see both USPS and UPS options for standard and expedited delivery for domestic and international orders.

Returns must be made within 30 days of your order date for a full refund to your original payment method. Personalized and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns

To start a return, visit our online portal. You can choose to ship it back yourself or use a prepaid label - an $8 fee will be deducted from your refund if you use the prepaid option.
