Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

United States shipping

Available shipping methods and prices are displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on US orders of $40 or more. US orders under $40 are charged a $6 standard-shipping fee.

Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after the carrier receives the package. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional charge. Expedited shipping changes carrier transit time, not our order-processing time.

Tracking and delivery addresses

We’ll email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Local pickup

Free local pickup from our Irvine, California warehouse may be available at checkout. Please wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup email before arriving. That email will include pickup instructions and available hours.

International shipping

Available international shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, and customs processing may cause delays.

Unless duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are collected or shown at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any charges assessed by the destination country.

Delayed or missing packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be missing, email us at hello@honeycat.us with your order number. We’ll help review the tracking information and work with the carrier when appropriate.
