Charm measures 15.5mm x 18.5mm and fits a 13mm x 13mm photo (which is about 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch).

Returns must be made within 30 days of your order date for a full refund to your original payment method. Personalized and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. To start a return, visit our online portal. You can choose to ship it back yourself or use a prepaid label - an $8 fee will be deducted from your refund if you use the prepaid option.
